Sales tax is charged on orders sent within the state of Nevada at the Washoe County rate of 7.725%
 

Elsewhere

American Duchess is not required to, and therefore does not, collect sales tax or use tax outside NV.

The majority of the products sold by American Duchess is subject to your state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from tax; Your purchase is not exempt from taxes merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. If your state charges a Use Tax then you are required to report all purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases, and that the tax may be reported and paid on your state individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return.

For orders placed outside of the United States we do not collect sales tax, however your purchase may be subject to local import taxes, sales taxes and/or customs processing fees. In accordance with Federal Law, all of our international shipments use an integrated USPS Priority Mail label and Customs Declaration (CP72) that contains accurate information about the contents and value of the package.
